When we started our journey back in 2005 we were pretty comfortable, never did we imagine this is where we would be today. Back in 2008 I got a call from WRE asking if I would be interested in interviewing for the position as the PK teacher. I accepted, completed the interview, and expected to go home and wait for the phone call. After what seeming like an eternity I was offered the position within just a short while and asked if I could have a response within 1 hour. Talk about scary! There was nothing here! I was going to have to organize it all!! Just one hour to decide...YIKES! Well, I stood in the staff parking lot discussing with Dusty what I should do. I loved where I was, I was comfortable, what if it didn't work out at WRE, what would I do then? Well, I said yes and it was the best decision ever. Not only have I met some amazing people and made great friends, but working at WRE doesn't feel like a job it feels like family! I love coming to work every day. In preschool no two days are ever the same. Did I mention I also get to work with my little sister. Bridget joined our teaching team last March. It has been amazing to get to work with her and a perk that she already knew a little about what to do since she has been volun-told in the past she has to come help me work in the classroom :) ALL ABOUT MEGrowing up in a small town we were ALWAYS outside doing something. My family is still very close and we spend a lot of time together camping, fishing, hunting, and just doing things outside. We love to take vacations each summer, but we always take our campers instead of staying in a motel room. My grandpa only lives two houses down from my parents in Giltner and he has always been a huge part of my life. Still is today and he still travels with us each summer.
